The determination of large intestine bacteria in food is carried out using a newly developed fermentation box inspection method.
The detection of pathogenic bacteria in the food gut uses a universal culture medium for Salmonella and Shigella.
The detection of Staphylococcus in food is carried out using self-made dry powder culture medium and newly developed plasma coagulation enzyme reagent, which facilitates the detection of Staphylococcus in food by grassroots troops.
In addition, the box is also equipped with gold area staphylococcal enterotoxin or botulinum toxin detection reagents. Testing for Staphylococcus aureus toxin or botulinum toxin can be conducted in the event of food poisoning or suspected contamination of food with bacterial toxins.

This inspection box can also be used for hygiene bacterial inspection of kitchenware.
